He NW consortium

The Higher Education North West Consortium comes together to:

  • Facilitate a collective voice; a stronger collective allows us to articulate our needs as a key component of the dance sector in the North West
  • Generate mutual benefits between HEIs and the rest of the sector
  • Improve teaching and learning
  • Commission and platform work by dance students from universities across the North.

Edge Hill University

Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA)

Dance Consortia North West is a partnership of organisations and dance artists who co-ordinate activities, share resources and combine expertise. This includes dance agencies, the two regularly funded dance companies in the North West, dance venues, the ten universities who teach dance, the Centre for Advanced Training in Dance and over 100 independent dance artists.
