ALFA

ALFA is an independent group with its own operating principles. It curates a number of small regional meetings as well as sending representatives to the DCNW Executive Partners meetings. The aim within ALFA is to collectively give voice for the artists to develop and present their work in a way that is of equal value and representation.

ALFA comes together to advocate for dance artists and their connections to the wider dance sector; to champion diversity and visibility of artists as well as share resources and knowledge to further the development of the art of dance.

ALFA representatives attend Executive Group and Task Group meetings.  Current artist representatives are: Bridget Fiske, Helen Gould, Shelley Owen & Mary Prestidge.

For more information on ALFA - or, to get in touch with the group in your area - please contact DCNW for details.
