CPD & PARTICIPATION
The Continuing Professional Development & Participation Group come together to:
- Take the lead on sharing models and resources
- Enable dance practitioners to be equipped to work in dance
- Create a joined-up and balanced approach to dance
- Connect the National Dance Network, One Dance UK and DCNW maps of CPD opportunities and offers across the region
- Create collaborative initiatives with regional and national partners, such as People Dancing, etc.
- Generate networks, events and initiatives, which bind practitioners and improve delivery.

Dance Consortia North West is a partnership of organisations and dance artists who co-ordinate activities, share resources and combine expertise. This includes dance agencies, the two regularly funded dance companies in the North West, dance venues, the ten universities who teach dance, the Centre for Advanced Training in Dance and over 100 independent dance artists.
